Adults Aligned provides Educational Psychology services to Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities, and Community Organisations concerned with the well-being, education and development of children and young people, as well as those adults who support them. Services are commissioned directly and delivered free-at-the-point-of-access to parents and carers.

Adults Aligned works within situations of more complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs within which emotional availability is limited. Adults First practice is designed to make a successful impact by delivering psychology within dialogic space, and by working to better inform those adults who are concerned to help. A shared focus on improved emotional well-being seeks to maximise connection, enhance relationships and encourage positive engagement with learning. Collaborating in partnership is key, and central to its effective delivery.

...Does Adults Aligned Work?

Adults Aligned works mostly on school sites or within another organisation's setting, in a comfortable, warm and welcoming private space with room for adults to sit comfortably together. When circumstances require, services can be provided using a virtual platform.

Prior discussion, to confirm the arrangement of the venue and to prepare for the setting up of the meeting, is always encouraged.
